Refund Policy

WITHIN.AI Refund Policy (v1.0)
1. Eligibility
- Within 7 days of payment, you may request a full refund if you have not used any paid features.
- After 7 days, refunds are pro-rated based on the remaining billing period.
- One-time charges (voice clone slots, song generations, etc.) become non-refundable once the asset is generated and delivered.
2. Submission
- Submit a refund request at /account/refund with the transaction and reason.
- Requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
3. Processing
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Bank/card refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear.
4. Subscriptions
- Cancellation: you can cancel anytime in My Page. Cancellation prevents the next billing cycle, but the current period remains usable.
- Auto-renewal can be turned off independently.
5. Exceptions
- Refunds may be denied for: (a) repeated abuse, (b) clear policy violations, (c) heavy use within the refund window.
